Player Registration

Club Registration

All current or prospective members of Yate Hockey Club are required to complete a registration form every season. This information ensures players are covered by insurance and we have all required information for league purposes.

England Hockey Registration

All players in the adult leagues are required to complete an England Hockey registration as well. If this is not done, the club could be fined, so please make sure you do this is in a timely manner. If you've already signed up to GMS, you do not need to do so again
