As I am sure you are all becoming aware, the next season will be upon us before we know it, and some of us will soon need to blow the cobwebs off our sticks and actually put our kit in the washing machine (more applicable for the men than the ladies I feel...!)

With league games commencing at the end of September, training will be starting THIS WEEK! The plan is to start fitness training this Wednesday the 14th of July, until the 4th of August from 7pm-8pm at Yate Outdoor Sports Complex. We'll be using half the pitch for the next 4 weeks for fitness sessions, which will be run by someone from outside the club. These fitness sessions are for every single member of the club, male and female, and I hope everyone's attendance from the beginning will ensure further successes building on last year's throughout the club. The training is free of charge to club members, if you want to invite partners or friends they are more than welcome, however a small, but hopefully acceptable fee of £3 will be required.

Outdoor training will start from the 11th of August at YOSC. The first 3 sessions will befrom 7pm to 8.30pm due to a previous booking on the pitch, and then we will resume our usual 7pm-9pm service from the 1st of September onwards. Tim Davenport is confirmed as one of our coaches for next season, and talks are in place to organise a second coach for next season.
