Please see the attached e mail from Doug Nichols who runs outdoor hockey sessions every Summer in Gloucester. Please reply direct to Doug, not me, if you want to play. Please note that this has changed from indoor sessions initially advertised as Doug cannot get the indoor facility.

Hi,

 

this is NOT a county event and has NO bearing on county selection nor is it for any specific club.

 

I am running summer hockey sessions throughout the summer. First session is Sunday 20th June and last session Sunday 29th August at Oxstalls Tennis Center. There will be no session on Sunday 11th July. This is not coaching it is purely splitting the players at each session into roughly even sides and playing. The idea is to just have some fun. To help split into teams players should bring at least 2 different coloured shirts and plenty to drink is essential. If you would like to take part this summer please reply to this email with a name & session and I will add you to the list.

 

This year I am charging £15 for the ten sessions or £2 per session. I would prefer to take a single payment since it is easier to organise for me.

 

In case you know anyone else who might want to come along the times and rough standard of sessions is shown below. Players may be asked to move between sessions to ensure they are in a group of about the right strength. Once again let me know who and in which session any other players who would like to take part.

 

4:00 - 5:00 - Mainly U13s from last season.

5:00 - 6:00 - everyone else
