Yate secured another 5 – 0 victory this week over a fairly inexperienced Stroud team.

Vixen veterans Issie Grimes, Bethany Caley and Jo Mackie provided great to support an otherwise young vixen’s team. Yate passed the ball really well in the first half of the match and were leading two nil by the break with goals from Bethany Caley and Beth Downs.  Yate continued to put pressure on in the second half and were rewarded by scoring three further goals by an inform Bethany Caley.   The defence were rarely troubled although Olivia Davies made some excellent tackles and distributed the ball well.

The whole team played well but for her four great goals Bethany Caley thoroughly deserved to be named as player of the day.
